Working Hours
At EXPRIMI Beauty, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure your purchase reaches you on time and in perfect condition.
We deliver nationwide across Kenya and ship globally from our USA warehouse in New York.
1️⃣ Orders from our USA (New York) Warehouse
For all products sourced from our USA Warehouse, delivery time is 7–14 days for all orders placed by Thursday each week.
Tracking updates will be shared once your order departs the USA.

2️⃣ Orders from our Kenya Warehouse
For all products available in our Kenyan Warehouse, delivery timelines are as follows:
🕓 Orders placed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Nairobi CBD – Delivered within 3 hours
• Greater Nairobi Metropolitan Area – Delivered within 3 hours
(Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day by midday)
• Rest of Kenya – Delivered within 24 hours
🌙 Orders placed after 5:00 p.m.
• Nairobi CBD – Delivered by 10:00 a.m. next day
• Greater Nairobi Metropolitan Area – Delivered by midday next day
• Rest of Kenya – Delivered within 24 hours
3️⃣ Order Confirmation
You will receive an SMS confirmation with your order number immediately after checkout.
If you do not receive an order number, your order has not been confirmed by our system.
You can also view your confirmed orders under the “Your Orders” section on our website.
4️⃣ Dispatch & Delivery Notifications
You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
Our delivery rider will contact you directly to confirm delivery time and location.
For up-country deliveries, orders are shipped securely via Fargo Courier or G4S.
5️⃣ Delivery Delays
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours or days.
In such cases, our team will promptly contact you via email or telephone to update you.

Order Cancellation
Online orders that are shipped to home can be canceled within 1 hour of order placement. Please chat, text or call ASAP for us to cancel your order. If you attempt to cancel after hours, please text us for the quickest response.
Same Day Delivery orders process immediately. These cancellations are not guaranteed, but please contact us and we’ll make our best effort to cancel.
If your order cannot be cancelled:
You may return your order through the mail once you receive it. See the Returns policy.
Missed adding a coupon to your order?
No need to request a cancellation! Contact help Services through the options toward the bottom of the page.
Payment Method
After reviewing your order with our delivery agent, you will be able to pay via mobile money (specifically M-pesa). The payment process is very smooth as you only need to enter your MPESA pin to complete the transaction.
Please ensure to load your M-pesa prior to the delivery agent getting to your location. Ensure you are available to pick up your order as the delivery agent has only a 5-minute window before they proceed with other orders. Please note that sealed items cannot be unsealed before you pay.
Pay-on-delivery restriction: This only applies to deliveries within Nairobi.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Below are our standard delivery timelines and rates by location and source warehouse.

✈️ USA (New York) Warehouse Deliveries
Orders sourced from our Exprimi USA Warehouse (New York) are shipped weekly to Kenya.
Delivery takes 7–14 days for all orders placed by Thursday each week.

We currently deliver to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and Congo from our Kenya Warehouse, with rates automatically displayed at checkout once your address is entered.

Damages
Please confirm all orders are complete and in good condition on receipt of your package. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please inform the delivery agent before they leave.
